What materials are used to make La Fleur Artisane pieces?
All pieces are made from the highest quality clay and glaze/underglaze sourced in Canada, Italy, Spain, and USA.
I use eathernware, stoneware, and porcelain depending on the look and collection.
All materials used are food safe, non-toxic and lead free.

How do I take care of my piece?
All pieces are microwave and dishwasher safe.
It is recommended to hand wash your pieces as using a dishwasher can be harsh. By hand washing you are prolonging the life of your piece.
Functional art should be handled with care.

Shipping 
Handmade items (mugs, vases… etc) will ship within 2-3 weeks. 
All other items ship with 2-5 business days.
Shipping takes 2-8 business days to Canada and USA.
Europe: 10-14 days
Australia: 10-21 days 
Other: 10-21 days 

Returns
Returns are not accepted. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged please send an email with pictures of the damage and your item will be replaced.
